Summer Nights at the Oceanogràfic 2026
Magical summer evenings at Europe's largest aquarium — dolphin shows, bioluminescence, and the aquarium open until midnight.
For its 8th edition, the Noches del Oceanogràfic (Nights of the Oceanographic) transforms Europe's largest aquarium into a magical nighttime experience. Every summer evening from July 13 to September 1, the aquarium stays open until midnight with a spectacular show centered on bioluminescence and the biodiversity of oceans and rivers.
The highlight is the dolphinarium show featuring synchronized swimming professionals performing an aquatic ballet to a grand soundtrack, with dolphins as the true stars. The rest of the aquarium is beautifully illuminated, offering a completely different experience from daytime visits — wandering through underwater tunnels and watching marine life in atmospheric lighting.
Special experiences are also available, including the popular "Sleep with Sharks" program where children spend the night in underwater hallways alongside sharks and other marine animals.
Getting There
The Oceanogràfic is part of the City of Arts and Sciences complex. Take metro line 3, 5, or 9 to Alameda station, or bus lines 35 and 95 directly to the complex.
